Pedro’s Cocina & Cocktails is a contemporary reflection of the original Pedro's, where the cuisine, atmosphere, and energy of Mexico City and the Mexican coastline are brought to life in Los Gatos.

We offer a true maiz to table experience by Chef Julio Aguilera (Saison, Copas, La Urbana). Our menu is influenced by Julio’s travels throughout Mexico while paying homage to the rich history of Pedro's and its longstanding dishes and flavors. Playful cocktails draw inspiration from agave spirits and Mexican pantry staples in a lush, breezy, coastal inspired design by BILT’s John Sofio (Poppy, Delilah).
